This course is made for anyone who loves sweets and dreams of learning to make pastries and desserts from scratch. Over 8 sessions, we’ll cover the basics and explore classic recipes: sponge cakes, layered cakes, creams, glazes, soft doughs, decoration techniques, and more. Perfect for beginners who want to enter the world of homemade pastry, with beautiful and delicious results. No experience needed, just a love for baking and enjoying every bite! Includes all ingredients, use of kitchen utensils, step-by-step recipe, direct guidance from the teacher, food ready to taste at the end. Total duration: 8 weeks Frequency: 1 class per week Duration per class: 2 hours Schedule: Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
