This course is designed for those who want to learn how to prepare traditional delicacies that taste like home: almojábanas, pandebonos, arepas, cassava bread, sweet mogollas, cookies, soft bread, and more. Ideal for those who want to lose their fear of dough and achieve a perfect mixture from scratch. Includes all ingredients, use of kitchen utensils, step-by-step recipe, direct guidance from the teacher, food ready to taste at the end. Total duration: 8 weeks Frequency: 1 class per week Duration per class: 2 hours Schedule: Tuesdays from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
